At HOCK 90 TRADING SDN. BHD., we are committed to providing our customers with quality furniture and accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
